Preheat the oven to 425 F. Spread pizza sauce on each of the bread pizza “crusts”. Top each with shredded mozzarella, broccoli, and hot chili peppers. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Sprinkle with lemon zest. Serve with a salad of mixed greens.
