Cook spaghetti to package directions. Place in the fridge to cool.
In the meantime, in a small bowl mix together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and red pepper flakes. In a large bowl, toss together chicken, whole wheat spaghetti, green onion, cilantro, red bell pepper and soy sauce dressing. Top with sesame seeds, salad is best served cold.
Plant-based: Omit the chicken. Add extra veggies.
Gluten-free: Use gluten-free spaghetti.
Add spice: Mix some sambal or sriracha into the soy sauce mixture.
