Preheat the oven to 450 F. In a small bowl, mix onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over chicken breast. Place seasoned chicken breast on a sheet pan. Top each chicken breast with sliced tomato, onion and jalapenos. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with Mexican rice.
