In a large saucepan combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar and garlic powder until combined. Heat over medium heat until bubbling. Add in meatballs and cook until heated through. While meatballs cook, steam broccoli in the microwave. Serve meatballs and broccoli over brown rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
