In a large bowl, gently toss together romaine lettuce, tomatoes, avocados and cucumbers with just enough ranch dressing to coat. Divide salad among serving bowls and top each with 2 oz turkey, 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 hard boiled egg.
Plant-based: Substitute the turkey with canned chickpeas that have been drained and rinsed. Use vegan cheese shreds instead of mozzarella. Use vegan ranch or your favorite vegan dressing.
Kid-friendly: Roll their salad up in a wrap and serve with a fruit kebab.
Serving suggestion: Serve with your favorite loaf of whole grain or sourdough bread.
