In a saute pan, heat the rotisserie chicken and barbecue sauce. Lay out a tortilla, spread on refried beans followed by a small handful of arugula, shredded cheddar cheese and barbecue chicken. Fold in the sides and roll the middle away from you to form a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve with bagged salad mix.
Plant-based: Omit the shredded chicken and spread bbq sauce on tortilla. Use vegan cheese shreds.
Gluten-free: Use gluten-free tortilla.
Kid-friendly: Only include the ingredients they like and serve with their favorite fruit and veggie.
