Lay out whole wheat tortillas. Layer on 2 oz of turkey per tortilla, followed by 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp store bought pesto, a couple slices of tomato, cucumber and avocado and finally the sprouts or spring mix. Roll the tortilla up or eat like a taco. Serve with steamed veggies.
Plant-based: Substitute turkey for marinated artichokes. Use vegan cheese shreds instead of mozzarella. Use vegan pesto or make your own.
Gluten-free: Use gluten-free or almond flour tortillas
Add-spice: Add a few hot Italian cherry peppers or calabrian chilis to your wrap.
