Mediterranean Style Turkey Burger Wrap
Discover a quick and healthy Mediterranean Turkey Burger Wrap recipe featuring lean turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and feta, all wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla with fresh veggies and lemon dressing.
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- ½ small jar sun dried tomatoes drained and diced
- 2 tbsp basil minced
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Baby spinach for serving
- ½ English cucumber sliced ¼” thick
- Lemon dressing for serving
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- Steamer bag of veggies cooked to package directions
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, salt, pepper, sun dried tomatoes, basil and feta cheese. Divide into fourths and make into 4 burger patties.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add a little bit of olive oil and then the burgers. Cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature reaches 165 F. Set aside and let rest for 5 min. Cut each burger in half.
Lay out a whole wheat tortilla, place two burger halves down in the center, followed by baby spinach, English cucumbers and a drizzle of the lemon dressing. Wrap and roll like a burrito and repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve with steamed veggies.
