In a large bowl toss together, mixed greens, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, rotisserie chicken, olive oil and avocado. Divide among serving plates. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
Plant-based: Remove the chicken, add extra beans.
Gluten-free: Check tortilla chips for gluten.
Add spice: Add pickled jalapenos on top of the salad
Kid-friendly: Make nachos with the tortilla chips, black beans, chicken and avocado. Melt under the broiler for just a minute.
